  • Errors may occur, including typographical mistakes, pricing errors, or inaccurate information. If we discover an error, we reserve the right to correct it and/or cancel the order and issue a refund where appropriate.

  • Product availability can change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and provide a solution (such as a refund or alternative option).


3) Orders & Payment

  • Orders are processed after full payment has been received and authorized.

  • Available payment methods may vary depending on your location and the options offered at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases such as suspected fraud, payment issues, or pricing/stock errors.


4) Processing, Shipping & Delivery

Processing time: typically 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Estimated shipping time: typically 3–7 business days, depending on destination and carrier conditions.

Please note:

  • Some orders may ship directly from our fulfillment partners/suppliers, which may be located outside Canada (including China).

  • Delivery time estimates are not guarantees. Delays can occur due to carrier disruptions, customs processing, weather, peak seasons, or other factors outside our control.

  • Once an order is handed to the carrier, tracking (when available) will reflect the shipment’s progress.


5) Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns and refunds are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy (published separately on our website). Please review that policy before placing an order.

Order changes/cancellations:

  • If you need to correct information or request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at info@clairemontrealboutique.com.

  • Once processing has started or an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.


6) Liability & Customer Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for packages that show as delivered according to tracking to the address provided at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and ensuring they can receive deliveries at that address.

  • If you notice an address error, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, changes may not be possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of products.
